She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Bob, Betty Bomkamp and Shirley Klar; her aunts, Debra Bomkamp and Diane Kosharek; and her cousin Ethan Smith.
She is survived by : her parents, Douglas T. Bomkamp and Margaret Bomkamp (Peg); her brothers, Christopher Bomkamp of Platteville and Austin Bomkamp of Highland; and her grandfather Norbert Klar (Bob). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family requests memorials be made to Wisconsin Make-A-Wish.
