Norbert Klar Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norbert Klar of Highland, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Klar and Hazel Klar (Buss); his wife Shirley; his siblings, Francis, Richard Klar, Bonnie Iverson, Marilyn Klosterman and Jeanne Phalen; and his granddaughter Shelbey Bomkamp.
He is survived by: his children, Bob, Barbara Stanek (David) of Highland, Kathy Woolford (Al) of Platteville, Mike Klar (Julie) of Dodgeville and Peggy Bomkamp (Doug) of Highland. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to one of Bob's favorite organizations, Vets Roll Organization of Wisconsin (vetsroll.org/donate) or the Highland VFW, are greatly appreciated.
