She was predeceased by : her parents, Wencel Straka and Margaret Straka (Winters); her husband Joseph Martin; her siblings, Margaret Straka, Blanche Schuld, Joe Straka (Hazel), Clarence Straka and Charlie Straka; and her brother-in-law Francis Zimmer.
She is survived by : her children, Janice Blask (Aaron) of Dodgeville and Steven Martin of Highland; her grandchildren, Jenny Wineke (Erik) of Dodgeville, Sara Blask (Aaron Harrison) of Dodgeville and Nate Blask of Madison; her great grandchildren, Violet, Jack and Julian Wineke; her sisters, Helen Kite of Montfort and Lillian Zimmer of Glen Haven; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Straka of Fennimore, Julie Straka of Dodgeville and Bernerd Schuld of Marshfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
