He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Daniel Lee and Hilda Lee (Tomashaska); his spouse George Ann Mixson; his son Lewis Lee (Kelly) of Evansville; his granddaughter Danielle Paquin (Peyton); his daughter Mary Bomkamp (Mark) of Highland; his grandchildren, Adam Bomkamp (Sara) and Ashley Wiensch (Eric); his great grandchildren, Cathy Weidemann (Mark) of Oshkosh, Mason, Sawyer, Brady Paquin and Miles Bomkamp; his brother David of New Richmond; and also, Anna and Andrew.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Highland Ambulance Service would be greatly appreciated.
