He was predeceased by : his parents, George Willis and Ruth Willis; and his son-in-law Alan Bell. He is survived by : his children, Cheryl Bell of Williamsburg, VA, Debbie Werkowski (Bob) of Burlington, Larry Willis (Kim) of Dubuque, IA, Mike Willis (Kim) of Pleasant Prairie and Lynn Ramsay (Jim) of Kenosha. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
