He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ferdinand Clarence Matthews and Sara Nane Matthews (Keith); his wife Patricia Krablean; his sister Penny Miracle (John); his children, Daniel Matthews (Lori), David Matthews and Wendy Behling (Scott); his grandchildren, Eric Matthews (Mandy), Stephen Matthews, Benjamin Matthews, Matthew Wiegman, Hannah Behling and Megan Behling; his great grandchildren, Adalynn Matthews, Ryan Matthews and Lana Matthews; and his siblings-in-law, Frederick Krablean (Lin) and Carol Green. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
