He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Martin and Mabel Martin (Harms); and his siblings, Robert, James, Russell Martin and Genevieve Moore.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Straka of Highland; his children, Janice Blask (Aaron) of Dodgeville and Steven Martin of Highland; his grandchildren, Jenny Wineke (Erik) of Dodgeville, Sara Blask of Dodgeville and Nate Blask of Madison; his great grandchildren, Violet and Jack Wineke; and his brother Donald Martin (Sharon) of Dubuque, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
