Scullion (Highland, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roland Felton; her husband Bill (Bill); her son Walter; her grandson Clint Scullion; her brother Dale Felton; and her stepsister Patricia Herrington.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Karen), D. Kelly (Cathy) and John (Maryann) of Highland, WI.. She is also survived by grandchildren.
