He was predeceased by: his son Joshua Adametz; his wife Juliet Adametz; his parents, Jim Adametz and Phyllis Adametz; and his brothers, Steve Adametz and David Adametz.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Madison, Lauren, Josie, Ruby, Daniel, Stanley and Henry; and his siblings, Kathy Kruchten (Joe), Elaine Adametz, Julie Pustina (Tom), Joe Adametz (Cheri), Don Adametz (Jennifer) and Jerry Adametz (Sue). He is also survived by his 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Adametz family for memorials to be designated by family.
