With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L. Jacobson of Highland, Wisconsin, born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 28, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jacobson and Gladys Jacobson; his wife Arlene Arp; his brother Bob Jacobson; and his son-in-law Dyno Colburn.
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Jeanne) of Muscoda, Sue Colburn of Tomah, John of Dodgeville, Tom (Rita) of Highland, Vicki Johnson (Tim) of Mineral Point, Scott of Dodgeville, Kevin (Sandi) of Highland and Deb Schaaf (Eugene) of Mineral Point; and his caregiver Jen Kelley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials to the Highland VFW, Legion, or Fire Department are greatly appreciated.
