It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Mae Igl-Hegner in Highland, Wisconsin, born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Steinfeldt and Evelyn Steinfeldt (Mach). She is survived by: her friend Robert Hegner (Kathy); her husband Bob; her children, Laurie Farnum (Steve), Troy Igl and Ryan Igl (Carrie); her grandchildren, Aaron Farnum (Naomi Stansberry) and Emma Igl; her siblings, Beth Knapp, Patricia Hubert (Gary Koehnke), Eugene Steinfeldt, Susan Monson, Daniel Steinfeldt and Lynn Long (Richard Vermeern); her sister-in-law Carolyn Steinfeldt; her stepchildren, Tina Hemiller (Rob) and Michael Hegner; her stepgrandchildren, Brittany Nehmer, Brandon Pompa and Callie Sweeney; and her aunt Dorothy Mach. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
