He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Treloar and Ina Treloar (Smith); his former wife Carol Ross; and his siblings, William, Edwin, James, Donald, Marion, Lorraine, Lois and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Irr); his sisters, Janet Lewandowski and Nancy Bandurski; his sister-in-law Marge Treloar; his nephews, Paul Koester (Beth) and Paul Treloar (Patrice); his stepchildren, Dale Heckenlaible (Connie) and Rick Heckenlaible; and his stepgrandson Ty Heckenliable.
In lieu of flowers, Uncle Chuck requested that donations be made to the Parkinson's foundation.
