He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his granddaughter Mackenzie Olson; his son-in-law Brian "Gonnie" Borne; and his siblings, LaVon Watson (Pat), Norma Shreve (John) and Milo Olson.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Boll (Tom) of Monroe, Mark Olson (Cricket) of Highland, Gary Olson of Edmund, Paul Olson (Terese) of Highland and Beth Borne of Dodgeville; his grandchildren, Mattie Reynolds-Olson, Joshua Boll (Heather), Noah Olson (Starlyn), Sophia Olson and Olivia Olson; his great grandchild Payton Olson; his brother Gerald Olson (Betty) of DeForest; his sister-in-law Carole Olson of Wautoma; and his friend Edgar Buckingham of Dodgeville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial will be given to Calvin's favorite charities.
