She was predeceased by : her parents, Wesley Fry and Ruby Fry (Becker); her husband Keith; her daughter Gail Richardson; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Welsh; and her siblings, Keith Fry and Marlene Skaife.
She is survived by : her children, Kevin Welsh of Farmville, VA, Jeffrey Welsh of Madison and Jayne Carter (Sydney) of Highland; her grandchildren, Amanda Wells (Alan), Kimberly Frazier (Dylan), Keaton Welsh (Trisha Moll), Chase Welsh (Heidi), Matthew Carter (Bridget) and Nicole Bettner; her great grandchildren, Tessa, Jerome, Evan Bettner, Madalynn, Olivia, Lily Wells, Tyler, Colston Frazier, Kayle, Bentley and Cashton Carter; her siblings, Lenice Gilbertson of Highland, Peggy Freymiller (Galen) of Fennimore and Stanley Fry (Jane) of Fairport, NY; and her brother-in-law Jack Skaife of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
