She was predeceased by : her parents, Jonathan Henry Albert and Elizabeth Barbara Hanson; her stepparents, Roy McIntosh and Fern Hanson; her parents-in-law, Cord Poppe and Adelheid Poppe; her siblings, Donald and Phyllis Anderson (Richard); and her great grandchild Baye Ryan.
She is survived by : her children, Martin D. (Kim), Randal (Cinda), Theresa Bomkamp (Larry), Korena Esser (Steve), Donald, Jesse and Haley; her granddaughter Michelle Shemak (Jamey); her children, Quinn Flynn (Nate), Corey Poppe (Darcie), Clarissa Lindholm, Elizabeth Miller (Kevin), Sarah Nihles (David), Rachel Tredo (Daniel), Jonathan Poppe, Nathanael Poppe (Molly), Melissa Wanek (Josh), Bobbi-Jo Drone (Eric), Shonda Pete (Brian), Jason Esser, Joshua Esser (Hailey) and Tana Vieth (Logan); her great grandchildren, Christian, Jenna-Kate, Gavin, Taci Shemak, Kenan Poppe, Tierra Flynn, Cade, Carson, Caitlyn Poppe, Raelynn, Hadleigh Aide, Parker, Jacob, Ella, Caleb Nihles, Madelyn, Emily Tredo, Zadok, Titus, Esther Poppe, Rylee, Grace, Kaycee Wanek, Joseph, Jaydon, Jillian Drone, Jaelyn, Beckum, Tenleigh Pete and Annayah Poppe; and her sister Nyla Heisz (Robert). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for Betty's favorite charities.
