She is survived by: her husband Melvin Ford; her children, Steven Smith (Karen) of Niellsville, WI, Susan Guyer (Mike) of Jefferson, WI, Stephanie Olson (Robert) of Lake Mills, WI, Romaine Smith, Jr. (Karen Kemmerling) of Jefferson, WI, Christine Collins (Gerald) of Jefferson, WI and Donald Smith of Johnson Creek; her grandchildren, Amanda, Andrea, Ricky, Russell, Matthew, Cassandra, Tara, Bonnie, Sharon, Sara, Becky, Tiffany, Jeremy "Kerm", Lindsey, Brandon, Brett and Adam; and her sisters, Maryann, Patty and Kathy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
