He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. MacDonald, and Marjorie MacDonald, Sr. (Hayden); his daughter Michelle; and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Marian MacDonald of Helenville, WI; his grandchildren, Colleen Wenzlick and Richard Wenzlick (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Carson, Arianna, Richard and Jerry John. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
