He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Tomczak and Dorothy Tomczak of Helenville; his children, Adam Kelley (Lori), Amanda Kobleske and Sahra Tomczak; and his siblings, Dwight Tomczak (Bobbie) of Jefferson, David Tomczak (Wendy) of Fort Atkinson and Terry Tomczak (Donna) of Rome. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
