He is survived by: his wife Teri; his children, Leslie Pelikan (Mike) and Kristie Berna (Eric); his grandchildren, Kari, Damien and Nora; his sisters, Pat Brandt (Ron) and Joy Staude (Larry); his niece Shawn Lamp (Darrel); his stepchildren, David (Carrie) and Kelly Hettich; his stepgrandson Sam; his friends, Harvey Johnson and Harlan Stoltenburg; the mother of his children Deborah Rohloff; and his close friend Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
