He is survived by: his children, Marie Freese (Eric) and Andrew Freese; his sister Mary Brimeyer (Rick); his niece Holly Brimeyer (Rachel); his nephew Jacob Brimeyer; and his aunt Margie Gilliland (Larry). He is also survived by cousins, and friends.
In lieu of plants & flowers a Stephen J. Freese Memorial Fund has been established.
