It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Ann Runde of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Jansen and Helen Jansen (Helbing); her stepfather Hilary Wiederholt; her parents-in-law, Mary and Carl Runde; her siblings, Virgil Jansen, Donald Jansen and Jeannette Gotzinger; her in-laws, Bernadette Jansen, Sally Jansen, Phyliss Runde, Linus and Lucy Runde; her nephews, Paul Jansen, Brian Jansen and Tony Burbach; and her grandson Adam Runde.
She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Jeff Runde (Corissa) and Julie Leibfried (Aaron); her grandchildren, Derek, Troy, Emma Leibfried and Ben Runde; her siblings, Shirley Burbach and Ken Jansen; and her in-laws, Joe Burbach, Milton Gotzinger, Julie Jansen, Jeannette Rieder (George) and Ron Runde (Marian).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1185 IL-35, East Dubuque, IL 61025).
In lieu of flowers, a Sharon A. Runde memorial fund has been established.
