It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gerlich of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, born in Hopkinton, Iowa, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julius Gerlich and Eleanor Gerlich (Griebel); his wife Alvina; his children, Thomas Gerlich (Linda) of Cuba City, Karen Giese (Steve) of Onalaska, Judy Miehe (Tim) of Holmen, Peggy Ward (Charlie) of Delhi, Scott Gerlich (Beth) of Danbury and Mark Gerlich (Annie) of Rockdale; his sisters, Mary Underhill, Alice Sauser (Jim) and Carol Gassman; and his sisters-in-law, Violet Haverland and Alverna Haverland. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
