Sutter (Reynolds) of East Dubuque, IL; her husband Tim R. Berning; her daughter Harper; her siblings-in-law, Gary and Deb Berning (Bussan) of Menominee, IL; her brothers, Jonathan and Colin Sutter; her stepsiblings, Brett Davidson, Justin Schauer, Jaimie Stark and Jason Schauer; her siblings-in-law, Becky Bradley (Scott), Jeff Berning (Brianne), Andy Berning (Brooke) and Michael Berning (Liz); and her grandparents, Bill and Virginia Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers, a Rachel Berning Memorial Fund has been established for Harper's future educational expenses.
