She is survived by: her children, Michael Gushulak (Ginnie) of Hazel Green, WI, Gary Gushulak of Kenosha, WI and Tracy Anglemire (Russell) of Chicago, IL; and her sister Charlene Penman of St. Charles, IL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
