He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Smith and Marie Smith (Wheatley). He is survived by: his wife Carol Blaize; and his children, Kelly Kitchens (Tom) of Bowling Green, KY, Phil Smith (Becky) of Hazel Green, WI and Andy Smith (Kris) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; along by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants & flowers a Kenneth Smith Memorial Fund has been established.
