He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence DeMuth and Evelyn DeMuth (Wiederholt); and his brothers-in-law, John Uthe and Bill Oster. He is survived by: his wife Diane K. Crapp; his daughters, Tammy Miller (Steve) of Waunakee, WI, Angela Redfearn (Michael) of Hazel Green, WI and Sara Craugh (Tim) of Hazel Green, WI; his grandchildren, Kalli, Katie Craugh, Austin, Gracie Redfearn, Devin and Darin Miller; and his siblings, Mary Jane Busch (David), Richard "Dick" DeMuth (Mary Jean), Betty Dreessen (Donnie), Joyce Uthe, Eunice Oster, Thomas "Tom" DeMuth (Sandy) and Joseph "Joe" DeMuth (Janice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a James "Jim" W. DeMuth Memorial Fund has been established.
