He is survived by: his wife Joan Vanderah; his children, Gayle Lynch (Allan) of Adel, IA, Kirk (Rhonda) of Dubuque, IA, Michael (Christy) of Thomaston, GA, Jeff (Kari Strang) of Barneveld, WI and Annette Kerkel (Chris) of Dickeyville, WI; his sisters, Elaine and Diane; and his siblings-in-law, Jean, Donna, Lynn, Mary and Bob.
