She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Wittmeier and Clara Wittmeier (Welk). She is survived by: her husband Nilus Lowe; her children, Annette Yeager (Steve) of Hazel Green, WI, Penny Taylor (Randy) of Butler, WI, Ted Lowe (Tammy Davis) of Platteville, WI and Ronnie Wittmeier (Donna) of Willow City, ND; her grandchildren, Mariah Yeager, Leetah, Clara Taylor, Isaac, Ben, Shelby and Charlotte Lowe; and her sisters, Marlene Welstad (Blaine) of Newburg, ND and Delaine Peters (Dennis) of Rugby, ND. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
