He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Blom; and his grandparents, Hank, Edna Blom, Jake, Lizzy Veld, Ray and Louise Pollock.
He is survived by: his wife Mandy L. Pollock; his children, Vincent Blom (Julia Harris) of Evansville, WI, Alvin Blom (Emma Balduf) of Platteville, WI and Rebecca Blom (Nicolas Lopez) of Galena, IL; his granddaughter Clover; his mother Linda Blom-Eiben (Jerry) of Dubuque, IA; his sister Ramona Lange (Mark) of Peosta, IA; and his nephew Cody Jordan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Douglas L. Blom Memorial Fund has been established.
