It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Wiederholt of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert "Mike" Wiederholt and Alice Wiederholt (Pluym); his wife Anna Mae; his siblings, Eileen "Beaner" Wiederholt, Donna Tippett (Bob), Phyllis Runde, Shirley Ricke and Kenny Wiederholt; his siblings-in-law, Francis "Pete" Splinter (Kay), Arthur Splinter, Mary J. "Jeanne" Negus (Bill) and Pete Leibold; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Helen Splinter (McComish).
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Schumacher (Kent) of Dubuque, IA, Karen Haag (Dean) of Oconomowoc, WI and Jim of Deland, FL; his grandchildren, Ryan Schumacher, Derek Schumacher (Leisha), Lexi Read (Erik) and Jasmine Haag (Mitchell Martin); his sisters, Ardelle "Toots" Leibold and Judy Timmerman (Carl); and his siblings-in-law, Doris Wiederholt, Marilyn Splinter, Leonard Ricke and Everette Runde. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Donald "Donnie" E. Wiederholt Memorial Fund has been established.
