He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wallenhorst and Adeline Wallenhorst (Schroeder); his wife Patricia A. Havertape; his daughter Ann Marie; his siblings, Norbert, Merlin, Vincent, Richard and Bernadette Obershaw; and his brothers-in-law, Walter Obershaw, Francis Reynolds, Bob Klein, Jim Bussan, Jack Sabers, Tony Macaluso and Mike Valentine.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Wallenhorst of Hazel Green, WI and Lee Wallenhorst (Theresa) of Davenport, IA; his grandson Charlie; and his sisters, Mellie Reynolds of Kieler, WI, Dolores Klein (Janet Macaluso) of Dubuque, IA, Doris Bussan of Dubuque, IA and Mary Ann Sabers (Pat Valentine) of Dubuque, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to this unknown time of COVID-19, a private family service will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Hazel Green, WI with Fr. Kenneth Frisch officiating.
