He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Turner and Rosalie Turner (Finch); and his brother Bruce Turner. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Anne Marks; his children, William Turner Jr. of Bloomington, MN, Brian Turner (Faith) of Moriarty, NM, Christopher Turner (Deborah) of Eau Claire, WI and Deborah Peterson (Erik) of Hanna City, IL; and his sister Roberta Myers of Summerfield, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
