He is survived by: his wife Sallie Carlson of Hayward; his children, Todd Carlson (Karen) of Hayward, WI, Scott Carlson (Deanna) of Hayward, WI and Kelli Coen (Terry) of Hayward, WI; his grandchildren, Anton, Nathaniel, Heather Gavin (Matt), Bailey and Amy; his great grandchildren, Carter, Sophie and Stella; his brother Rick Carlson (Karen) of Altoona, WI; his siblings-in-law, John Swietzer of Eau Claire, WI, Shelly Carlson of Chippewa Falls, WI and Bonnie Thornbauar of Mission Viejo, CA; and his friends, Tom, Carol Clifford, Randy, Janice Snyder, Mark and Marge Kelsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
