He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rumrill and Ada Rumrill (Horton); his wife Carol Ann Linden; his sisters, Nancy and Norma; and his brother-in-law George Bodette.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Buffum (Kenneth), Holley Toschlog (Doug), Dawn Smith (Jim) and Windy McMillen (Dan); his grandchildren, April, Justin, Christopher, Amanda, Steven, Patrick, Jonathan, Amelia, Felicia, Kyle and Emily; his stepchildren, Jeanette Linden, Trent Linden (Laurie), Ty Linden (Tami) and Mona Moen (Dale); his stepgrandchildren, Alicia, Brent, Ashley and Emily; and his siblings, Paul Rumrill (Judy), Linda Jeffrey (George), Diana Jencks (Howard) and Patty Butterfield. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
