He was predeceased by: his parents, George Miller and Audrey Miller (Gokey); his sons, Stuart, Anthony and George Miller; and his siblings, Gary Miller, Dave Miller, Gene Burchfield, Gloria Miller and Andrea Sparks.
He is survived by: his daughter Raeanna Saltz (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kevin Saltz Jr and Michelle Saltz; and his siblings, Troy Burchfield, Karen Ackley, Margaret Miller-Timp (LaVern), Kelli Fowler, Darlene Fowler and Mary Birchfield. He is also survived by many nephews & nieces.
