She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Frels and Jeanne Frels (Couture); her daughter Kim DeVries (Bill) of Big Lake, MN; her grandchild Wil DeVries (Rachael); her great grandchildren, Sophia and Isabelle; her grandson Brock DeVries (Chelsea); her great grandchild Emmett; her brothers, Thomas Frels (Paulette) of Cable, WI and John R Frels (Marjorie) of Lakewood, CO; her nieces and nephews, Jackie Lyons (Bob), Mindy Ruck (Dan), Katrina Hoing (Blake) and Meredith Frels; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethen, Jacob, Dylan and Evan.
Sally LOVED animals so in lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to "Best Friends Animal Society".
