He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Burns and Alice Burns. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Bratton; his children, Dwight Burns (Rebecca) of Whitefish Bay, WI and Rhonda McKeon (Paul) of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Kay, Sean and Ryan; and his sisters, Melva Freeman and Susan Burns. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
