We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2023, at the age of 85, Richard Charles Robbins of Hayward, Wisconsin, born in Rockford, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Charles and Violet Laura Robbins (Kramer); his sister Phyllis Robbins; and his former wife Elizabeth Eleanor Robbins (Bonnie) of Hayward, WI. He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Robbins of Rockford, IL, Linnea Winters (Joseph) of New Carlisle, IN and Steven Robbins (Jennifer) of Hayward, WI; and his grandchildren, Eli, Abigail, Jordan, Jaiden and Deven. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
