He was predeceased by: his parent Peter Adamczak; and his brothers, Earl and Edmund. He is survived by: his parent Selma Adamczak (Eickendorf); his wife Arlene Adamczak of Wrightstown; his sons, Jeff of Cornelius, NC, Mark (Daryla Hook-Halverson) of Sun Prairie, Scott (Jessica) of Cornelius, NC and Ryan of Lindale, GA.; his grandson Zechariah of Rome, GA.; his siblings, Alois (Eleanore) of Wauwatosa, Donald of Stevens Point, Janet Woyak of Plover and Carol Hinrichs (Michael) of Amherst; his siblings-in-law, Delores of Stevens Point and Lloyd Adamski of Sussex; his sister Eileen; and his sisters-in-law, Bernadine and Frances.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Michael's name will be established at a later date.
