She is survived by: her children, Terri Hayes, Mark Hayes, Robert Dunn and John Dunn; and her siblings, Donald Potack, Doug Potack, Connie Barber, Gloria Babineau, Anita Myhre and Karen Potack. She is also survived by many nephews & nieces.
