He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Courtney of Hayward and Sue of Holmen; his grandchildren, Tom, Jason, Joel, Michelle, Amanda, Melissa and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Alyse, Brooklyn, Anthony and Layne. He is also survived by his family, friends.
