He is survived by: his children, Natalie Grisham (Jim) of Baldwin, MS, Nadine Urban of New Lennox, IL, Brian Kosek (Laura) of Chicago, John Kosek of Chicago Ridge, IL, Char Barton (Patrick) of La Crosse, WI, Dawn Taylor (Dennis) of Sandstone, MN and Joseph Urban (Nikki) of Hayward, WI; his grandchildren, Morgan (Cole), Amanda, Jamie (Matt), Sarah, Brianna, Lauren, Emily, Amber and James; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Remmington and August; and his great grandpuppy Jasper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
