He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Louisa Sigafus Sr. (Paige); his siblings, Margaret Waltman, Ethel Deinberg, Iva Sigafus, Carl, Earl and Jerry; his stepson Dennis Gardner; and his grandson Joey Sigafus.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Olsen; his children, John Jr. (Julie), Sue Kaney, Jeff, Jamie (Amy) and Joe; his stepdaughters, Linda Kener (Mark), Diana Gruenert (Mike) and Martha Meyer (Mark); and his grandchildren, Numb Nuts and Hemorroid. He is also survived by 35 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
