He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donner and Laura Donner (Witte). He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Russ; his children, John Donner (Sandy) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Kit Donner (Rhonda Jean) of Aurora, IL, Chris Donner (Karen) of Charleston, SC, Scott Donner (Jennifer) of Durham, NC and Robin Putts (Terry) of Hailey, ID; his siblings, Eugene Donner of Santa Rosa, CA and Lorraine Schmidt of Milwaukee, WI; and his stepsister Joan Lownebach of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren.
