Firak; his sons, Jimmy Kosinski of Hayward and Jeff Kosinski (Shannon) of Lakemoor, IL; his granddaughters, Ashley Kosinski and Kayla Harley; and his brother-in-law Jay Firak (Dorothy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews.
