She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bienfang and Emma Bienfang; her husband Ivan Eugene Foote; her sisters, Ethel, Evelyn and Elvira; her nephew Edward; her niece Jean; her son-in-law Edward Newell; and her great grandchild Tony Rugroden.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Walsh (Warren) of Hayward, WI, Jill Newell of Loves Park, IL and Bill Phelps of Fort Atkinson, WI; her grandchildren, Robyn Koeninger (Ralph), Kim Walsh (Jason), Steve Walsh (Jenny) and Kristine Newell; her great grandchildren, Stacey Cornelson (Eric), Angie Koeninger (Rob), Kaitlynn Koeninger, Emily Newell, Tyler Walsh and Madison Walsh; and her great great grandchildren, Carter, Conner, Liliana and Ivan. She is also survived by many nieces nephews.
