He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vincent Schwartzhoff and Rose Schwartzhoff (Tomashek); his grandparents, Margaret, Joseph Schwartzhoff and Valley; his wife Eyrleen "Nook" Schwartzhoff of Hayward; his sister Judy Jackson of Anchorage, Alaska; his son Randy Schwartzhoff (B. J.) of Hayward; his granddaughters, Jenna Schwartzhoff of West Port, NY and Britta Schwartzhoff (Kyle Hoffman) of Hudson, WI; his great grandchildren, Ansa Melewski, Leena and Evren Hoffman; and his siblings, Jerome Schwartzhoff, Jim Cronk and Bonita Schwartzhoff. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
