Douglas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Chase and Doris Chase of David's Island; his wife Dawn Chase; his parents-in-law, Frank and Charmaine Metzinger; his brothers, Arthur Chase (Robin) of Dahlonega, GA and Donald Chase (Nancy) of Jacksonville, FL.; his brother-in-law Mark Metzinger (Deb); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Crosby (Patrick), Christina Chase (Tony), Joseph Metzinger, Christopher Chase and Michael Chase.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hayward Funeral Home (15571w Co Hwy B, Hayward, WI 54843). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
