He is survived by: his children, Daryl Coons Jr., Gordon Coons (Debbie), Guyon Coons, Timothy Coons, Nancy Cavlan (Michael), Tessa Coons and Leslie Coons. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
