He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Dahlstrom and Nancy Dahlstrom (Weaver). He is survived by: his wife Alletia Dahlstrom of Hayward, WI; his daughters, Helen Kenmotsu (Brett) of Oswego, IL, Nancy Dahlstrom of Shell Lake, WI and Lisa Ludwikowski (Jason) of Hayward, WI; his grandchildren, Mya Loren, Faith and Jill Kenmotsu; his great grandchild Finley Loren; and his sisters, Sharon Rueckemann of Pingree Grove, IL and Terry Dahlstrom of Pingree Grove, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, we are asking instead for donations to be made in Dan's honor to Hayward Veterans Center.
